The life of Dr. King is told in a dramatic presentation through speeches, press conferences and fictional narrative at the Steinway library at 2:00 pm.

Music Man will be showing at the Bay Terrace Jewish Center located in Bayside, Queens on Saturdays, March 6,13,20 at 2pm and Sunday March 7,14,and 21 at 3 pm.  Admission is $18, $16 for children under 12 and seniors.  for further information call, 718-428-6262  9-5  Monday – Thursday.

Education:

Job assistance : Wednesday, January 27 at the Flushing library at 10:30 am.

Beginners Computer: Thursdays, January 28, February 4,11,25 at the the Forest Hills Library.  Fridays, January 29, February5,12 and 19 at the Baisley Park library.

Tax Preparation:  Saturdays, January 30th through April 11th.

Free income tax preparation at 11:00 am at the Langston Hughes library.

Health : Saturday, January 30th.

Starting Tuesday, February 9th a separation/divorce support group meets for 10 sessions at the Samuel Field YMCA.  Call 225-6750, ext. 243.

Support Group:  Fridays, February 19, March 19 a support group for parents seeking spiritual support with a biblical look at parenting in St. Albans.  For information call, 454-4044.

Talent Search: Applications accepted for March 2010.

The New Jersey Performing Arts Center is holding its annual Young Artists Talent Search, scheduled for March 13 & 14,  for spots in NJPAC’s arts training and scholarship program.  Application forms may be down loaded or submitted online at www.njpac.org or by calling (973)353-8009.

Exhibits : Now through April 5, 2010
